At MDTC, we strive to provide the best possible experience for all participants in our trading challenges. However, due to the nature of our services and the costs involved in setting up and administering each challenge, all fees paid are generally non-refundable. This Refund Policy outlines the limited circumstances under which a refund may be granted.
By purchasing access to one of our trading challenges, you acknowledge and agree that all fees are non-refundable, except under specific circumstances as outlined below. Once a challenge has been purchased and commenced, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits under normal circumstances.
Refunds may only be granted under the following conditions:
If you mistakenly made a duplicate payment for the same challenge, you may request a refund for the duplicate payment.
In such cases, the original payment will remain active, and the duplicate will be refunded.
If, for any reason beyond your control (such as an unexpected medical emergency), you are unable to start the challenge and have not yet placed any trades, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the challenge purchase. Requests made after this period, or once trading has commenced, will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
Failure to Pass the Challenge: If you do not meet the requirements to pass the challenge, no refund will be issued.
Disqualification Due to Rule Violations: If you are disqualified from the challenge for violating any of the Challenge Rules, no refund will be provided.
User-Related Technical Issues: We are not responsible for issues related to your internet connection, hardware, software,
or third-party services that prevent you from completing the challenge.
Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer wish to participate in the challenge after purchasing access, you will not be eligible for a refund.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria outlined in this policy, please follow the steps below:

Include your full name, account number, date of purchase, and a detailed explanation of why you believe you are eligible for a refund.
Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days of submission.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email.
5. Cancelations
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.
Chargebacks are subject to our Refund Policy, and filing a chargeback in violation of this policy may result in the suspension or termination of your account and theft of services charges being filed with your local police agency.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically to stay informed about any changes.
